Exercises for Back Pain in Golfers

This exercise is an excellent way to introduce strength training to your back:

If you’ve suffered from any of the above, then the chances are that you’re back muscles are very weak and have developed, over time, faulty recruitment patterns.

This means that other areas of your body have taken over the work of your back muscles and have developed a different way for you to swing your golf club so as not to injure your back any further!

We need to jump-start those back muscles again by giving them a shock! The following exercise will do just that.

Once you have mastered the low setting, try increasing the level.

For a more advanced level, try standing on one leg!
